Service Description
This option is for Anny-M Existing clients booking an eyelash fill. If you are booking a fill from another salon, please see that option on the service category to book accordingly. Please book this option no more than __18__ days since your last visit with us Please book your fills based on the number of days since you last visit. If you are not sure, you may look for your last confirmat6ion email from your last visit or you may contact us so we can check. Or you may book to the best of your knowledge and we can adjust if needed. Fills are not to be booked after 24 days, please book a full set in this case. You may see option for 10/15/18 and 24 days for fills on the main menu. Volume Extensions Fill We apply volume 3D/4D or even 5D fans on each natural eyelash you have giving you a fuller look than j classic or hybrid. You can choose the length, curl and design during appointment customized based on your desire and needs. Cancelation policy listed on the service option (when booking) Deposit required of $30 Must cancel the reservation minimum (2 days) prior appointment day to receive deposit refund otherwise its non refundable. Cancellations must be in writing to info@anny-m.com or texting 407-900-5093. Please understand that if you book and cancel your appointment last minute, we can no longer fill that spot with another client, so the deposit is required. Appointments book within 2 days of the date, deposit is non refundable, may be transferable if give 24 hours notice.
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
• Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: • 72 hours of booking for Microblading • 48 hours of booking for Eyelash/Wax appointments A $3 processing fee will be deducted from refunded deposits. • Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred ONE (1) time only with minimum notice: • 24 hours for Eyelash/Wax • 48 hours for Microblading If eligible, the deposit remains as credit for up to 30 days from the original appointment date, subject to availability. • No-show, same-day cancellations, or less than 24-hour notice: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be repaid to reschedule. • COVID-related cancellations: Policy still applies.
