Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy

Deposits: Fully refunded only if cancelled within 72 hours for Microblading appointments and within 48 hours for eyelash appointment. $3 processing fee will be deducted from deposit refund. *** Rescheduling Appointments *** Deposit may be transferred to a new date /time only ONE time if given 24 hours minimum notice request for eyelash/wax appointments and 48 hours minimum notice for any Microblading appointment. No call / No show or same day cancellation deposit non-refundable or transferrable COVID related - Policy still applies, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. ***If your deposit is eligible for transfer, it will stay as credit for up to max 30 days from the original appointment date, based on availability. *****Deposit will be transferable ONE time only. *** If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule appointments deposits paid are non transferable or refunded to any appointments and must be repaid to reschedule. ___________________ ******NOTE****** All cancellations and reschedule request must be done via email info@anny-m.com or by calling 407-900-5093 **** You may speak with someone in the office when available or Leave a voice mail in regards to your request.
