Service Description
Classic full set with removal (book this if you are booking for a full set but have extensions to be removed before the full set is applied) This may be because you are a new client and need to start over with a new set. Please contact us with any questions (email or call) About the appointment: Please arrive without mascara or any eye makeup before your appointment. Appointment duration may vary up to 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on lashes. Deposit of $30 required to reserve appointment. The deposit will be applied to final cost and you will only pay the remaining balance at the appointment. Please read cancellation policy for more details.
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
• Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: • 72 hours of booking for Microblading • 48 hours of booking for Eyelash/Wax appointments A $3 processing fee will be deducted from refunded deposits. • Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred ONE (1) time only with minimum notice: • 24 hours for Eyelash/Wax • 48 hours for Microblading If eligible, the deposit remains as credit for up to 30 days from the original appointment date, subject to availability. • No-show, same-day cancellations, or less than 24-hour notice: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be repaid to reschedule. • COVID-related cancellations: Policy still applies.
