Service Description

Mega Volume Extensions Full set We apply up to 7D on each natural eyelash you have giving you a fuller look than classic or hybrid. You can choose the length, curl and design during appointment customized based on your desire and needs. What is 7D Fans? We apply 6 or 7 thin extensions on each natural eyelash to give you extra volume _______________________________________________________________________________________ Must cancel the reservation minimum (2 days) prior appointment day to receive deposit refund otherwise its non refundable. Cancellations must be in writing to info@anny-m.com or texting 407-900-5093. Please understand that if you book and cancel your appointment last minute I can no longer fill that spot with another client, so the deposit is required. Appointments book within 2 days of the date, deposit is non refundable, may be transferrable if give 24 hours notice

Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy

Deposits: Fully refunded only if cancelled within 72 hours for Microblading appointments and within 48 hours for eyelash appointment. $3 processing fee will be deducted from deposit refund. *** Rescheduling Appointments *** Deposit may be transferred to a new date /time only ONE time if given 24 hours minimum notice request for eyelash/wax appointments and 48 hours minimum notice for any Microblading appointment. No call / No show or same day cancellation deposit non-refundable or transferrable COVID related - Policy still applies, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. ***If your deposit is eligible for transfer, it will stay as credit for up to max 30 days from the original appointment date, based on availability. *****Deposit will be transferable ONE time only. *** If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule appointments deposits paid are non transferable or refunded to any appointments and must be repaid to reschedule. ___________________ ******NOTE****** All cancellations and reschedule request must be done via email info@anny-m.com or by calling 407-900-5093 **** You may speak with someone in the office when available or Leave a voice mail in regards to your request. Missed call without voicemail will not be considered, we must receive a request via voicemail or email. Please make sure to leave a message or email anytime. **No texting - Email only so all staff members can have access to messages** _______________________________________________ In the case we need to cancel your appointment, we will refund any deposit you have paid.
