Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
Deposits:
Fully refunded only if cancelled within 72 hours for Microblading appointments and within 48 hours for eyelash appointment.
****Rescheduling Appointments *****
Deposit may be transferred to a new date /time ONE time if given 24 hours minimum notice request for eyelash/wax appointments and 48 hours minimum notice for any Microblading appointment.
No call / No show deposit non-refundable or transferrable
COVID related - Policy still applies, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
*****If your deposit is eligible for transfer, it will stay as credit for up to max 30 days from the original appointment date, based on availability. ****

If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule appointments deposits paid are non transferable or refunded to any appointments and must be repaid to reschedule.
