Add on Service: Our Hot Stones is the perfect fusion of warmth, relaxation, and therapeutic touch. Smooth, heated stones are placed on key points of the body and used in flowing massage strokes to melt away tension, increase circulation, and promote deep relaxation. The heat from the stones helps: Loosen tight muscles and fascia Relieve chronic stress and fatigue Ease joint stiffness and discomfort Enhance the benefits of traditional massage
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
Deposits: Fully refunded only if cancelled within 72 hours for Microblading appointments and within 48 hours for eyelash appointment. $3 processing fee will be deducted from deposit refund. *** Rescheduling Appointments *** Deposit may be transferred to a new date /time only ONE time if given 24 hours minimum notice request for eyelash/wax appointments and 48 hours minimum notice for any Microblading appointment. No call / No show or same day cancellation deposit non-refundable or transferrable COVID related - Policy still applies, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. ***If your deposit is eligible for transfer, it will stay as credit for up to max 30 days from the original appointment date, based on availability. *****Deposit will be transferable ONE time only. *** If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule appointments deposits paid are non transferable or refunded to any appointments and must be repaid to reschedule. ___________________ ******NOTE****** All cancellations and reschedule request must be done via email info@anny-m.com or by calling 407-900-5093 **** You may speak with someone in the office when available or Leave a voice mail in regards to your request.
