A 'Lash Lift' is an effective solution for busy women looking to enhance the look of their eyes by lifting the natural eyelashes. Can last up to 8 weeks depending on lash cycle. A Lash Lift is a very low maintenance technique, and it provides a significant beauty enhancement to the facial area. It accomplishes this by giving the illusion of eyelash length. This makes the eyes appear more open, and results in a more awake and youthful appearance (It gives you the look you would see after using lash curler or better). Even more enhanced if combined with lash tint. The Lash Lift generally lasts for 6 to 8 weeks. Sometimes, it can last even 12 weeks. $30 Deposit is required to secure the appointment. The deposit will be applied to final cost. Must cancel OR change the reservation minimum 2 days before appointment to receive deposit refund. Cancellations must be in written form to info@anny-m.com or call 407-900-5093. If our phones are busy, please leave a voicemail so we can cancel your reservation.Please understand that we reserve 3 hours for you and if you cancel your appointment last minute, we can no longer fill that spot with another client, so the deposit is required. Appointments booked within 1 day of appointment creates a non-refundable deposit if cancelled.
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
**Appointment & Cancellation Policy** * **Late Arrivals:** Appointments may be canceled and considered a **no-show** if you arrive more than **15 minutes late**. If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine if we are able to accommodate your appointment. * **Deposit Refunds:** Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: * **72 hours of booking** for Microblading appointments. * **48 hours of booking** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. *A $3 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits.* * **Rescheduling:** Deposits may be transferred **one (1) time only** with the following minimum notice: * **24 hours** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. * **48 hours** for Microblading appointments. If eligible, your deposit will remain as a credit for up to **30 days** from the original appointment date, subject to availability. * **No-Shows & Late Cancellations:** No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being **forfeited**.
