Service Description
Not available after 3pm. Please book appointment in the hours of 10am-3pm If you see availability after 3pm, please send a request we we'll let you know if we can see you after 3pm. Appointment time may be changed with prior notice depending on the flux of other appointments for the date chosen online. Deposit Required $5 to keep the appointment. The deposit will be applied to final cost. Must cancel the reservation minimum (1 days) prior appointment day to receive deposit refund otherwise its non refundable. Cancellations must be in writing to info@anny-m.com or calling 407-900-5093 (Leave a voicemail if you call after hours). Please understand that if you book and cancel your appointment last minute I can no longer fill that spot with another client, so the deposit is required. Appointments book within 1 day of the date, deposit is non refundable, may be transferrable if give 24 hours notice
Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy
**Appointment & Cancellation Policy** * **Late Arrivals:** Appointments may be canceled and considered a **no-show** if you arrive more than **15 minutes late**. If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine if we are able to accommodate your appointment. * **Deposit Refunds:** Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: * **72 hours of booking** for Microblading appointments. * **48 hours of booking** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. *A $3 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits.* * **Rescheduling:** Deposits may be transferred **one (1) time only** with the following minimum notice: * **24 hours** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. * **48 hours** for Microblading appointments. If eligible, your deposit will remain as a credit for up to **30 days** from the original appointment date, subject to availability. * **No-Shows & Late Cancellations:** No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being **forfeited**.
