Service Description

VALID FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY We apply 3D- 5D thin lashes made specifically to be applies on one natural eyelash for a volume look. Deposit Required $40 to keep the appointment. Results may vary depending on the fullness of your natural lashes. Must cancel the reservation minimum (2 days) prior appointment day to receive deposit refund otherwise its non refundable. Cancellations must be in writing to info@anny-m.com or texting 407-900-5093. Please understand that if you book and cancel your appointment last minute I can no longer fill that spot with another client, so the deposit is required. Appointments book within 2 days of the date, deposit is non refundable, may be transferrable if give 24 hours notice For any eyelash extensions customizations request out to the normal will be charged additional $25 fee. Example (Anime style, Manga Spikes) 

Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy

Deposits: Fully refunded only if cancelled within 72 hours for Microblading appointments and within 48 hours for eyelash appointment. $3 processing fee will be deducted from deposit refund. *** Rescheduling Appointments *** Deposit may be transferred to a new date /time only ONE time if given 24 hours minimum notice request for eyelash/wax appointments and 48 hours minimum notice for any Microblading appointment. No call / No show or same day cancellation deposit non-refundable or transferrable COVID related - Policy still applies, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. ***If your deposit is eligible for transfer, it will stay as credit for up to max 30 days from the original appointment date, based on availability. *****Deposit will be transferable ONE time only. *** If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule appointments deposits paid are non transferable or refunded to any appointments and must be repaid to reschedule. ___________________ ******NOTE****** All cancellations and reschedule request must be done via email info@anny-m.com or by calling 407-900-5093 **** You may speak with someone in the office when available or Leave a voice mail in regards to your request. Missed call without voicemail will not be considered, we must receive a request via voicemail or email.
