Volume Extensions Full set We apply volume 3D/4D or even 5D fans on each natural eyelash you have giving you a fuller look than classic or hybrid. You can choose the length, curl and design during appointment customized based on your desire and needs. What is 3D 4D or 5D Fans? We apply 3,4 or 5 thin extensions on each natural eyelash For any eyelash extensions customizations request out to the normal will be charged additional $25 fee. Example (Anime style, Manga Spikes) _________________________________________________________________________________________ Must cancel the reservation minimum (2 days) prior appointment day to receive deposit refund otherwise its non refundable. Cancellations must be in writing to info@anny-m.com or texting 407-900-5093. Please understand that if you book and cancel your appointment last minute I can no longer fill that spot with another client, so the deposit is required. Appointments book within 2 days of the date, deposit is non refundable, may be transferrable if give 24 hours notice

**Appointment & Cancellation Policy** * **Late Arrivals:** Appointments may be canceled and considered a **no-show** if you arrive more than **15 minutes late**. If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine if we are able to accommodate your appointment. * **Deposit Refunds:** Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: * **72 hours of booking** for Microblading appointments. * **48 hours of booking** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. *A $3 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits.* * **Rescheduling:** Deposits may be transferred **one (1) time only** with the following minimum notice: * **24 hours** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. * **48 hours** for Microblading appointments. If eligible, your deposit will remain as a credit for up to **30 days** from the original appointment date, subject to availability. * **No-Shows & Late Cancellations:** No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being **forfeited**.
