For Anny-m existing client only (if you had your last volume appointment at another salon please book the new client volume fill option) We apply 3D-4D thin lashes on one natural eyelash for a volume look. Book this option if no more than 7 days since last visit. Please see other fill options according to the amount of days since last visit. Deposit required of $30 Must cancel the reservation minimum (2 days) prior appointment day to receive deposit refund otherwise its non refundable. Cancellations must be in writing to info@anny-m.com or texting 407-900-5093. Please understand that if you book and cancel your appointment last minute I can no longer fill that spot with another client, so the deposit is required. Appointments book within 2 days of the date, deposit is non refundable, may be transferable if give 24 hours notice

• Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: • 72 hours of booking for Microblading • 48 hours of booking for Eyelash/Wax appointments A $3 processing fee will be deducted from refunded deposits. • Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred ONE (1) time only with minimum notice: • 24 hours for Eyelash/Wax • 48 hours for Microblading If eligible, the deposit remains as credit for up to 30 days from the original appointment date, subject to availability. • No-show, same-day cancellations, or less than 24-hour notice: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be repaid to reschedule. • COVID-related cancellations: Policy still applies.
