This option is for Anny-M Existing clients booking an eyelash fill If you are booking a fill from another salon, please see that option on the service category to book accordingly. Book this option no more than __15__ days since your last visit with us Please book your fills based on the number of days since you last visit. If you are not sure, you may look for your last confirmat6ion email from your last visit or you may contact us so we can check. Or you may book to the best of your knowledge and we can adjust if needed. Fills are not to be booked after 24 days, please book a full set in this case. You may see option for 10/15/18 and 24 days for fills on the main menu. Cancelation policy listed on the service option (when booking) Hybrid Extensions fills We apply a combination of classic (individual extensions) and volume 3D/4D or even 5D fans giving you a fuller look than just classic. You can choose the length, curl and design during appointment customized based on your desire and needs. What is 3D 4D or 5D Fans? We apply 3,4 or 5 thin extensions on each natural eyelash

**Appointment & Cancellation Policy** * **Late Arrivals:** Appointments may be canceled and considered a **no-show** if you arrive more than **15 minutes late**. If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine if we are able to accommodate your appointment. * **Deposit Refunds:** Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: * **72 hours of booking** for Microblading appointments. * **48 hours of booking** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. *A $3 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits.* * **Rescheduling:** Deposits may be transferred **one (1) time only** with the following minimum notice: * **24 hours** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. * **48 hours** for Microblading appointments. If eligible, your deposit will remain as a credit for up to **30 days** from the original appointment date, subject to availability. * **No-Shows & Late Cancellations:** No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being **forfeited**.
