In this consultation we will go over questions about the procedure and healing process. $30 cost will go towards the service cost if you decide to do the service. Non-refundable. This is a consultation only, if you decide to get your microblading done that same day, please book a full session. We may do a consultation via phone or email. If you decide to do this consultation we can schedule your procedure for another day after the consultation. • Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: • 72 hours of booking for Microblading • 48 hours of booking for Eyelash/Wax appointments A $3 processing fee will be deducted from refunded deposits. • Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred ONE (1) time only with minimum notice: • 24 hours for Eyelash/Wax • 48 hours for Microblading If eligible, the deposit remains as credit for up to 30 days from the original appointment date, subject to availability. • No-show, same-day cancellations, or less than 24-hour notice: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be repaid to reschedule. • COVID-related cancellations: Policy still applies.
