We specialize in Female brows only. $50 Deposit required to secure the appointment. The deposit will be applied to final cost. Must cancel OR change the reservation minimum 3 days before appointment to receive deposit refund. Cancellations must be in writing to info@anny-m.com or calling 407-900-5093 (please leave a voicemail anytime of after hours . NO TEXTING Please understand that we reserve 2 hours for you and if you cancel your appointment last minute we can no longer fill that spot with another client and this affects our business scheduling, so the deposit is required. We hope you understand! **Appointments booked within 1 days of appointment, deposit is non refundable if cancelled. Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email with details to follow.

• Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: • 72 hours of booking for Microblading • 48 hours of booking for Eyelash/Wax appointments A $3 processing fee will be deducted from refunded deposits. • Rescheduling: Deposits may be transferred ONE (1) time only with minimum notice: • 24 hours for Eyelash/Wax • 48 hours for Microblading If eligible, the deposit remains as credit for up to 30 days from the original appointment date, subject to availability. • No-show, same-day cancellations, or less than 24-hour notice: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be repaid to reschedule. • COVID-related cancellations: Policy still applies.
