You will receive a free piercing service with the purchase of a pair of a hypoallergenic sterile pair made of surgical steel. Options to choose start at $40 + depending on the size and style. Options may include: balls, studs etc... Price range for surgical steel or titanium (hypoallergenic) $40-$65 depending on style and size. The service is free You can pierce both ears or just one (your choice) price will be charged per pair with he purchase of 2 pairs you will receive an additional 10% off on top of the free piercing service. **Appointment & Cancellation Policy** * **Late Arrivals:** Appointments may be canceled and considered a **no-show** if you arrive more than **15 minutes late**. If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine if we are able to accommodate your appointment. * **Deposit Refunds:** Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: * **72 hours of booking** for Microblading appointments. * **48 hours of booking** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. *A $3 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits.* * **Rescheduling:** Deposits may be transferred **one (1) time only** with the following minimum notice: * **24 hours** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. * **48 hours** for Microblading appointments. If eligible, your deposit will remain as a credit for up to **30 days** from the original appointment date, subject to availability. * **No-Shows & Late Cancellations:** No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being **forfeited**.
