Contraindications Hydralips may not be suitable for everyone. Below are common contraindications: 1. Active Lip Infections: Conditions like cold sores (herpes simplex virus) or fungal infections should be resolved before treatment. 2. Severe Allergies: Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or any ingredients in the formula. 3. Blood-Thinning Medications: If undergoing micro-injection treatment, blood thinners like aspirin or warfarin can increase bruising or bleeding. 4. Skin Conditions: Active dermatitis, eczema, or psoriasis around the lip area may require treatment postponement.

**Appointment & Cancellation Policy** * **Late Arrivals:** Appointments may be canceled and considered a **no-show** if you arrive more than **15 minutes late**. If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine if we are able to accommodate your appointment. * **Deposit Refunds:** Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: * **72 hours of booking** for Microblading appointments. * **48 hours of booking** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. *A $3 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits.* * **Rescheduling:** Deposits may be transferred **one (1) time only** with the following minimum notice: * **24 hours** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. * **48 hours** for Microblading appointments. If eligible, your deposit will remain as a credit for up to **30 days** from the original appointment date, subject to availability. * **No-Shows & Late Cancellations:** No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being **forfeited**.
