Please book this option if has been more than 24 days since your last fill/full set. This is considered a full set due to the number of days since last visit. Please book your fills based on the number of days since you last visit. If you are not sure, you may look for your last confirmat6ion email from your last visit or you may contact us so we can check. Cancelation policy listed on the service option (when booking) Brazilian Volume We use fans made with 4 eyelashes in a “Y“ Shape to fill in spaces and give you a fuller look than classic/ hybrid. These tends to be lighter weight than Russian volume. Good for volume look yet lighter weight on natural lashes

**Appointment & Cancellation Policy** * **Late Arrivals:** Appointments may be canceled and considered a **no-show** if you arrive more than **15 minutes late**. If you are running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine if we are able to accommodate your appointment. * **Deposit Refunds:** Deposits are fully refundable only if canceled within: * **72 hours of booking** for Microblading appointments. * **48 hours of booking** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. *A $3 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded deposits.* * **Rescheduling:** Deposits may be transferred **one (1) time only** with the following minimum notice: * **24 hours** for Eyelash and Wax appointments. * **48 hours** for Microblading appointments. If eligible, your deposit will remain as a credit for up to **30 days** from the original appointment date, subject to availability. * **No-Shows & Late Cancellations:** No-shows, same-day cancellations, or cancellations made with less than the required notice will result in the deposit being **forfeited**.
