Service Description

This option is for Anny-M Existing clients booking an eyelash fill If you are booking a fill from another salon, please see that option on the service category to book accordingly. Please book this option no more than __21__ days since your last visit with us Please book your fills based on the number of days since you last visit. If you are not sure, you may look for your last confirmat6ion email from your last visit or you may contact us so we can check. Or you may book to the best of your knowledge and we can adjust if needed. Fills are not to be booked after 24 days, please book a full set in this case. You may see option for 10/15/18 and 24 days for fills on the main menu. Volume Extensions Fill We apply volume 3D/4D or even 5D fans on each natural eyelash you have giving you a fuller look than j classic or hybrid. You can choose the length, curl and design during appointment customized based on your desire and needs. Cancelation policy listed on the service option (when booking) Deposit required of $30 Must cancel the reservation minimum (2 days) prior appointment day to receive deposit refund otherwise its non refundable. Cancellations must be in writing to info@anny-m.com or texting 407-900-5093. Please understand that if you book and cancel your appointment last minute, we can no longer fill that spot with another client, so the deposit is required. Appointments book within 2 days of the date, deposit is non refundable, may be transferable if give 24 hours notice

Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy

Deposits: Fully refunded only if cancelled within 72 hours for Microblading appointments and within 48 hours for eyelash appointment. $3 processing fee will be deducted from deposit refund. *** Rescheduling Appointments *** Deposit may be transferred to a new date /time only ONE time if given 24 hours minimum notice request for eyelash/wax appointments and 48 hours minimum notice for any Microblading appointment. No call / No show or same day cancellation deposit non-refundable or transferrable COVID related - Policy still applies, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. ***If your deposit is eligible for transfer, it will stay as credit for up to max 30 days from the original appointment date, based on availability. *****Deposit will be transferable ONE time only. *** If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule appointments deposits paid are non transferable or refunded to any appointments and must be repaid to reschedule. ___________________ ******NOTE****** All cancellations and reschedule request must be done via email info@anny-m.com or by calling 407-900-5093 **** You may speak with someone in the office when available or Leave a voice mail in regards to your request. Missed call without voicemail will not be considered, we must receive a request via voicemail or email.
